TYPE OF FILM INSTALLED:
7-mil clear fragment retention film

PROJECT DETAILS:
CB Richard Ellis, one of the nation's leading property management and commercial real estate companies, retained Commercial Window Shield to install fragment retention film on a four-story building it manages in Lakewood, Colo.  Installation of the film was required by the General Services Administration as a security measure after GSA renewed its lease with CBRE.  The building's main tenent is the U.S. Department of the Interior.  Because the building is fully-occupied during the day, Commercial Window Shield engineers and installers developed a flexible schedule working evenings and nights to keep from interferring with the busy daytime schedules of the office personnel. Commercial Window Shield, working closely with general contractor Boots Construction of Greenwood Village, Colo., began the project in mid-May, 2011, and completed the work on time two weeks later.
